No out of the box E-commerce shop, however for a store with a small quantity of products you can integrate 3rd party solutions.
No inbuilt back-end analytics.
Only few basic premade templates.
No full width content feature.
Not sure why, a little irritating, but you are unable to drag and move highlighted text.
At present Google does not allow option of "adsense" , now you would of thought it would be absolute must as this is one of their products.
